The architecture of this two-storey Swiss-style house is defined by clean lines, clear geometry, and a contrasting yet harmonious combination of materials. The ground floor façade is clad in stone, creating a solid and calm base for the building, while the upper floor appears lighter благодаря to warm-toned wooden finishes.
Vertical wooden slats create a dynamic rhythm across the façade, providing protection from direct sunlight and ensuring privacy without compromising the sense of openness. The combination of stone and wood adds warmth and a natural character to the modern architectural expression.
Large glazed surfaces open the interior towards the surrounding landscape, allowing abundant natural light to enter and creating a strong visual connection with nature.
The L-shaped floor plan combines spaciousness with functionality. The ground floor is designed as an open and social living area, while the upper floor offers privacy and a more intimate atmosphere for the family’s resting and sleeping spaces.
The size and layout of the house are developed in collaboration with our architect. Each project is created as an individual solution, while preserving the distinctive architectural language of the Swiss house.
