Sweden has an interior ceiling height of 3 m. The ground floor holds a generous living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a hallway with a large wardrobe, a utility room, a WC, and a sauna whose changing room opens onto the terrace. The staircase to the upper floor is set apart from the living room, so sound does not carry between the two levels. The bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. At the front of the house, timber battens run in front of the windows, shading them from the sun and providing privacy.
The house can be ordered with three to five bedrooms, and the layout can be adapted. A carport or garage can be included.
