Japan is unique in its architecture, drawing on modern Japanese influences. At the centre of the building lies a courtyard containing an illuminated Japanese garden. The garden is enclosed by 3.75 m floor-to-ceiling glass walls, so its beauty can be enjoyed from anywhere in the house — the garden becomes part of the home itself. The bathroom and spa area have floor-to-ceiling windows that remain private while drawing in plenty of light.
The layout separates the living and sleeping areas, giving the house a sense of seclusion and better sound insulation. The sauna suite is likewise set apart from the living room, offering quiet and privacy.
