The first floor of the house with a ceiling height of 3 m includes a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway with a large wardrobe, utility room, toilet, and sauna with an entrance room that leads to the terrace. The staircase leading to the second floor is separated from the living room so that the sound does not travel between the two floors.
