Our homes are energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. The main construction material we use is CLT (cross-laminated timber) – a natural, sustainable material with a significantly smaller ecological footprint than traditional construction methods. CLT is the wooden equivalent of concrete – strong, durable, and architecturally versatile. We ensure energy efficiency through high-quality building materials and modern heating and ventilation systems. We aim to inspire people to live more consciously and sustainably. Our goal is to increase the use of sustainable materials in all our homes. We integrate sustainable thinking already in the design phase, where the first key decisions are made regarding materials and energy efficiency. In our homes, we use as many eco-friendly and locally sourced materials as possible, considering the entire life cycle of the house – from construction to long-term living.
